Our Origins
The story of Oodles begins with two brothers, Mohammed Umar and Ismail Umar, who put their foundations down in Leicester in 2010. At the core of their initial success was a focus on quality and service. Over the next 24 months, the Umar brothers and the team refined their dishes, embracing the fusion of spices and ingredients from various continents.
As word of mouth spread, and popularity grew, it wasn’t long before a second store was opened in Leicester city centre. Recognising the potential for expansion and the growing demand for our flavours, we embarked on a journey to develop a franchise model that would help us share our vision nationwide.
