Oodles Chinese is launching its biggest restaurant yet in Derby. It has transformed a former steakhouse on Normanton Road to open its fourth restaurant in the Midlands.
The company serves freshly-made Indo Chinese food with a mix of Chinese, Malaysian, Manchurian, Singapore and Thai dishes on the menu – with customers choosing starters and mains to be served in small, medium or large boxes.
The doors will officially open on Saturday, April 21, with a special launch party across the weekend from 11am till late.
The Derby opening comes just two months after opening its first store in Birmingham to add to two branches in Leicester, including its head office, amid an aggressive expansion plan from its management team targeting 10 more openings by 2020 creating over 200 new jobs.
The Normanton Road site has been completely transformed to create its signature Chinese-influenced look among its red and black brand colour scheme.
Diners will encounter an open-plan kitchen with live cooking to see their food being freshly-prepared.
Mohammed Umar, founder and CEO of Oodles Chinese, said: ““Our arrival in Derby is one of the most exciting milestones for the Oodles Chinese brand and we are delighted to be here.
