COMPETITIONS, Giveaways, PRIZE DRAWS, RAFFLES AND ANY OTHER SUCH MARKETING ACTIVITY

By entering any of our competitions, giveaways, prize draws, raffles or any other such marketing activity run across our social media platforms, branches, marketing materials and website/app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Participation and entry into any competitions, giveaways, prize draws, raffles and any other similar activity will form part of these terms and conditions. Any entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions set out will be automatically deemed invalid.
• Competitions, giveaways, prize draws, raffles and any other such marketing activity are only open to UK residents over the age of 18 years old. Any winner found in breach of this condition will automatically forfeit their prize. Oodles Wok reserves the right to request proof to verify age and identity. Failure to do so and your entry will be deemed invalid.
• All requested information must be fulfilled truthfully. Any entry found to be lacking or missing in the required data will be deemed invalid.
• Oodles Wok reserves the right the end any competition, giveaway, prize draw, raffle or any such activity at any time. Any entries received beyond the closing date will automatically not be entered into the draw.
• All winners are selected at random from the completed entries.
• We reserve the right to replace prizes and withdraw them at any stage. We will endeavour to contact winners with suitable alternatives should this happen.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be available.
• Winners will be notified within 28 days of being selected. Winners have 7 days to respond and contact Oodles Wok to arrange the collection of the prize in person from the relevant branch. In the absence of a response from the winner after 7 days of the initial contact, the winner will forfeit their prize. Oodles Wok holds no liability in the inability to contact you/award prizes due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details you may have provided.
• Oodles Wok reserves the right to select an alternative winner if the selected winner is in breach of any of our terms and conditions or has acted fraudulently, illegally or on any other reasonable grounds. Oodles Wok will hold no liability for any loss or damage arising from Oodles Wok exercising these terms and conditions.
• Oodles Wok is not responsible for any entries or communication that may be lost, delayed, stolen or illegible where the entrant cannot be identified.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit Oodles’ Wok liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other matter for which liability may not be limited by law.
• For customers who don’t make a purchase but would like to enter any of our competitions, please send a letter to Oodles Wok Head Office, 144 Charles St. Leicester, LE1 1LB. In your letter please indicate you’d like to enter to win the “name of the competition” and please include your full name, full U.K. address, email address and phone number. Your submission will be entered into the draw.

• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Offers & Promotions – Terms & Conditions

1. Participating stores may run localised offers, which can include discounts, complimentary items, or other promotions.
2. Offers are valid only at the store or location advertised, unless otherwise stated.
3. Offers apply only to in-store purchases, unless specified for other channels.
4. Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or loyalty program.
5. Offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
6. The store reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any offer at any time.

APPLICABLE LAW

All terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in line with English Law and any subsequent disputes arising from these terms of use conditions will be under the jurisdiction and authority of the English courts.

OODLES Wok APP – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

• Each individual is permitted to create only one account and redeem the promotional rewards points once.
• Users must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

2. Verification

• Oodles Wok will attempt to verify user identity through the provided phone number and email address.
• The completion of the verification process is necessary to receive the promotional reward points.

3. Reward Points

• Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• New customers get 100 bonus points worth £5 after spending £10 via the app or in-store QR scan

4. Fraud Prevention

• Oodles Wok reserves the right to refuse service or disqualify any participant if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Multiple accounts created by the same individual.
  • Use of fake or temporary phone numbers and email addresses.
  • We reserve the right to request proof of ID if necessary.
  • Any other activity deemed suspicious or non-compliant with these Terms & Conditions.

5. General Conditions

• Oodles Wok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open to all Oodles Wok app users with an active account.
• Each individual is permitted to create only one account and redeem the promotional rewards points once.
• Users must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

How it works:
Share your referral code via the app. The friend must enter this code when creating their account.

Rewards:

• Friend: Gets 100 bonus points worth £5 after spending a minimum of £10 via the app.
• Referrer: Receives a £5 in-app voucher after the friend places their first order (min. spend £10).

Conditions:

• Vouchers valid via Oodles Wok app only, not for in-store or delivery partner orders.
• Referral rewards expire 10 days after issue.
• One reward per successful referral. Self-referrals not allowed.
• Reward points and vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Delivery Partner – Offer Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all Oodles Wok offers run via Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo.

1. Eligibility
   Offers are open to UK residents aged 18+ and may be limited to participating locations.
2. Validity
   Each offer is available for a limited time, as shown on the relevant delivery platform. We may change or withdraw offers at any time.
3. Redemption
   Offers must be redeemed through the platform where they appear. Some may require a promo code and cannot be combined with other deals.
4. Restrictions
   Offers may require a minimum spend, apply only to selected items, or be limited by location or time. They have no cash value and are non-transferable.
5. Order Issues
   For missing items, incorrect orders, or food not as expected, please report the issue directly through the delivery partner’s app/site (Uber Eats, Just Eat, or Deliveroo) within the time they specify. Their customer service team will assist you.
6. Misuse
